Position Summary

Reporting to the Management Team, the Facility Manager (FM) plays a key role ensuring the overall maintenance and functionality of the facility.  The Facility Manager works to provide a safe work environment by attending to general maintenance, building and grounds maintenance, janitorial and safety code needs.    The FM makes certain that the building and all facilities are set up for events, properly maintained and secure. The FM works closely with the Management, to ensure complete facility and equipment readiness for all events and activities. The FM seeks qualified, reliable contractors and oversees their work results, and performs upkeep such as basic carpentry and painting.

Qualifications

  • Certification or degree related to facility management is preferred, but not a determining hiring factor.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining facilities, including HVAC and mechanical electrical systems, painting, carpentry, electrical and gas appliances, cleaning, tracking and managing inventory and equipment warrantees.
  • Demonstrated experience managing custodial and outside contractors and interacting/ communicating effectively with people from all backgrounds
  • Knowledge of Microsoft

Essential Functions / Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage overall maintenance of the facility; oversees safety code compliance
  • Plan and schedule building management tasks, work with staff to complete tasks as indicated
  • Coordinate and oversee building maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry, cleaning, as well as tracking and managing warrantees for all equipment
  • Keep the surrounding grounds properly cared for and landscaped including pest control and water feature maintenance
  • Coordinate and review facility maintenance work activities, products, methods and procedures; work with staff and/or outside contractors to complete work in proper manner
  • Prepare estimates for review and maintenance of building; provide general oversight for Facilities budget; submit budget items for review
  • Ensure readiness of the facility for all events (setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, podiums, tents, stage stairs, etc.)
  • When required perform facility walk-through with potential clients
  • Identify maintenance equipment and supply needs
  • Effectively manage maintenance schedule; attends quickly to maintenance needs; willing to responds to all needs; anticipates needs
  • Work efficiently, neatly, and orderly with few errors; attends to details
  • Make cost effective and fiscally responsible decisions

  • Must arrive to work on time for all events

  • Correctly setting up numerous bars and concessions areas located all around the park
  • Unloading multiple delivery trucks and properly storing items in designated locations, including rotating products already in the inventory.
  • Prepping of supplies and products to be dispersed to the intended locations just before gates open.

During event:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area for all employees
  • Stocking and restocking of supplies and products as needed at your assigned location

After event:

  • Counting inventory and returning it to designated storage areas
  • Cleaning and properly storing equipment after EVERY event

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in mid/high volume establishments
  • Great customer service skills
  • Capable of standing for 5+ hours
  • Must have up-to-date alcohol awareness certification

(This certification/training class is available thru the company, can be used at other establishments and certifies you for 3 yrs)

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive to work ON TIME for scheduled events

  • Serving alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages to customers via cash & credit transactions

Cashiers

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Previous cashier or cash handling experience
  • Must be TIPS certified

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in prepping of the food and concessions areas before gates open
  • Greeting customers and taking orders via cash or charge transaction
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment AT ALL TIMES
  • Breaking down and cleaning of concessions areas after EVERY event

Cooks
Requirements:

  • Previous cook/grill experience in fast food or concessions
  • Operational knowledge of concessions equipment (Fryers, grills, heating lamps, etc)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepping of food and supplies prior to gates open
  • Properly cooking of products, making sure quality and portion control standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment AT ALL TIMES
  • Breakdown and cleaning of kitchen areas after EVERY event

Prep/Runner
Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in prepping of food and concessions areas prior to gates opening
  • Taking order tickets from cashiers, preparing customer’s orders, and passing out orders on the pick-up side of the concessions stand.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment AT ALL TIMES
  • Breakdown and cleaning of concessions areas after EVERY event

Server/Waitress

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be TIPS certified
  • Must be able to multi-task

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and taking drink orders from seated customers, making sure proper notation standards are being applied.
  • Capable of carrying a serving tray with beverages
  • Must work in proper uniform

Position Summary

The Inventory Manager position ranges from specific inventory duties to more managerial tasks. Inventory managers lead a team of staff to receive and record new stock as it comes in and move stock from storage to its designated location throughout the facilities, while monitoring stock levels, ensuring purchases are made in a timely manner.

Qualifications

    • Warehouse/ Inventory experience is preferred.
